Both our Sales and Property Management teams have a range of technology at their disposal and will utilise it fully to provide you with an accurate price that your property could expect to achieve in today’s market.
- Give us a call or email, telling us your name and contact details, along with the address of your property.
- One of our experienced team will research the digital footprint of your property and prepare a personalised Comparative Market Analysis along with an assessment of the current market conditions.
- If you reside in the property and have the capabilities, we will also conduct a video walk-through of the property via FaceTime or similar, in order to assist with our assessment.
- We will email you a detailed, personalised appraisal of your property – all carried out digitally!
