What is… A Digital Appraisal?

Whilst we are still offering In-Person Appraisals, we are now additionally offering Digital Appraisals. Both our Sales and Property Management teams have a range of technology at their disposal and will utilise it fully to provide you with an accurate price that your property could expect to achieve in today’s market.

  1. Give us a call or email, telling us your name and contact details, along with the address of your property.
  2. One of our experienced team will research the digital footprint of your property and prepare a personalised Comparative Market Analysis along with an assessment of the current market conditions.
  3. If you reside in the property and have the capabilities, we will also conduct a video walk-through of the property via FaceTime or similar, in order to assist with our assessment.
  4. We will email you a detailed, personalised appraisal of your property – all carried out digitally!
