March Property Management Update

February was yet another successful month for our landlords. With the continued low supply of available rental properties in the Greater Launceston area, and the corresponding high demand by tenants, we are always searching for new properties for our tenants. As well as the below statistics, we fielded 678 enquiries from potential tenants and our virtual viewings (video walk-through’s) were seen 1,343 times.

UNITS WANTED:

Due to the sale of a multi-tenanted building, we have a number of tenants requiring 1-2 Bedroom Units or Flats over the coming months. These are long-term tenants who have been pre-approved and have excellent references. They are mature, and have looked after their current property with exquisite care.

Ideally these properties would be located in the Central Launceston Area, South Launceston, Kings Meadows or Youngtown. They could be stand-alone individual units, or located within a larger complex.
