It’s the end of the financial year and if you’re a property investor that means you’ll currently be getting organised for the End of Financial Year. If you’re already a Peter Lees Landlord, you’ll know that you can login to the online portal at any time and download your monthly statements as well as your EOFY Statement with ease. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Now, lets have a look at the statistics for the past 12 months! We are so proud of our team and all that we’ve achieved during some incredibly challenging months. We’ve faced Covid-19 restrictions and the flow-on effects this had for so many of our Landlords and Tenants, we’ve also managed to let 131 properties during a period of time with so few properties becoming available and so many tenants in need. We’ve fielded 5,170 enquiries and processed over 1,000 applications, and yes, we review and check every single one of them to ensure we have the best tenant possible for each property.

We only wish that we had more properties available to let as so many of these prospective tenants are excellent applicants!
