July Property Management Update

Visual Interpretation of the property management statistics listed below

The new financial year has now begun and we are already seeing some great results. As an example, we recently let a small unit in a central suburb that received 62 enquiries and 32 applications. As you can imagine, of those 32 applications received, there were a number of high quality applicants and in addition to securing an excellent tenant for the property in question, we were also able to direct those applicants to two other similar properties. One went to a property that did not even get a chance to hit the market, and the other to a property that had just been listed. We were thrilled to have three happy Landlords and Tenants for these properties.

We appreciate that there is once again much uncertainty in Australia and all around the world in relation to Covid-19. Be assured that should restrictions be implemented again in Tasmania, we have excellent procedures in place to manage any circumstances that occur. One example of this would be our virtual property inspections that offer both owners and tenants risk free property viewings.

In addition to the below statistics for June, we also fielded 356 enquiries and 529 virtual inspections were carried out.
