PROPERTY MANAGER

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Drivers Licence

*You must have Property Representative Licence prior to starting.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

 

We are offering a full-time position for a motivated and passionate Assistant Property Manager to join our fast growing Property Management team.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in client care 
  • Strong communication and computer skills 
  • Excellent time management 
  • An eye for detail 
  • Strong people skills 
  • Full Drivers License


Responsibilities will include:

  •  Liaising with current tenants 
  • Organising tradespeople 
  • Property inspections & assist with incoming condition reports 
  • Ability to build strong external and internal business relationships 
  • Negotiating successful outcomes as required 
  • Attend property management meetings and events

FULL TIME SALES

 

Join our successful and growing sales team. Prior real estate experience is not required - we will train you - however, a demonstrated history of success and a desire to learn are vital. Commencing salary of $57,600 plus training allowance with the potential to increase to $82,000 plus $4,000 training allowance plus bonuses after 3 months qualifying period.

 

PART-TIME LISTINGS-FINDERS

 

A Listings-Finder searches for and locates properties for sale (listings) for our Sales Team. Perhaps you are studying or need to work flexible hours (10-20 per week) and would like a steady income. If so, this position may suit you if you are a hard worker and well presented. No experience necessary, training provided. $25 per hour plus bonuses.

 

EXTRA INFO FOR SALES ROLES

In all roles, full training is provided before you commence. you will be expected to have a strong desire to learn and to do well for yourself and your colleagues. A team player.
