Your ads on 7LA had driven me mad for years. Out of pure frustration I thought we had nothing else to lose but to give Peter Lees Real Estate a try. 3 other agents for one house, one other for another house, nearly $3000 later we have a sale on a property. I consider both the homes would be relatively easy homes to sell.

Joe listened, he took time, any feedback he gave was honest and supportive (NOT BY SMS which appears to be common practice now with other agents). Joe and the team came through with a sale within weeks of taking over. Because of the reduction to our cash flow, as we have had 2 properties empty for months. One property had to be rented, the rental department have been wonderful and I am sure given time Joe will sell this property also.

I have many horror stories (as I think you refer to them as) but I have again learnt that you never say never. I cannot see us ever dealing with another real estate other than Peter Lees and Joe in the future.

I don't know how we could ever thank Joe and also Larrisa for all they did in getting us into our first home. I spoke to Joe on monday the 9th March 2009, which was a public holiday! This was my first impression and from that day on Joe couldn't have been more helpful. I first spoke to Joe about another property and it was then he told me about Lennox Street. To make a long story short, we looked at this property on the 15th of March and Joe had us moved in by the 15th of April.

From what I can gather from hearing other peoples stories this was an extremely fast process and what makes it even more extraordinary for us is that Josh and I got married on the 4th of April.

With a lot of help from Joe we had everything in the bag and organised before the wedding, which meant we could go on our honeymoon and not worry about a thing. Thank you so much!!!

Buying your first home is a very daunting experience but I could not have done it without Joe's help. He took time out to come to our home and explain everything on a sunday evening. He was always keeping us up to date anytime something happened and went out of his way to make this process as smooth as he could for us!
