| Tenancy Agreement Preparation |
|
Suitable tenants are required to enter into a binding Residential Tenancy Agreement. Once we have approved an application for tenancy, we ask the prospective tenant to provide a deposit of one weeks rent to secure the property. We prepare the Residential Tenancy Agreement and all supporting documents such as detailed inventories, entry condition reports and bond lodgement forms. The tenant is now ready to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The letting consultant will then interview the tenants to ensure they are completely aware of their obligations under the Residential Tenancy Agreement. We also scan the keys to the property that have been issued to the tenant. This elimanates disputes over non-returned keys at the end of the tenancy. The tenants must pay a bond equivalent to four weeks rent and in addition pay two weeks rent in advance prior to assuming tenancy. Tenants will also have the option to pay rent calendar monthly. |
