Over the years I have dealt with many of Melbourne's largest Agencies and have been extremely impressed with the service they offered, however your staff take this level of service to a completely new level.

I must also make special mention of your sales person, Vicki Hadley whose level of customer service and ability is far more superior than any other Real Estate Agent I have dealt with. As we came from Melbourne to purchase a holiday house, Vicki was more than happy to take time out of her sunday and drive us around looking at various properties. She spent nearly the entire day with us until we decided on the right property and then after making an offer the deal was complete within a few hours. As a purchaser I realise the importance of working for the vendor however, Vicki's warm character coupled with her professionalism and reliability made both myself and my partner feel extremely comfortable that she was also working for us.

Vicki was extremely efficient and helpful in every regard from being on time for our initial appointment, to ensuring that the property keys were given to correct trades in order to complete minor renovations and general upkeep to the property i.e painting, carpeting, lawn mowing etc. Vicki's communication skills were second to none. To Whom It May Concern:

I wish to express my appreciation for the professional manner in which Vicki handled the sale of my mothers Estate. From the first meeting with Vicki I was impressed with her straight forward talking and opinions.

I had previously obtained 3 other Real Estate quotes which all priced my mothers property between $170,000 - $180,000. Vicki told me at the first inspection she would try for $210,000, which was much closer to the figure we felt it shoud bring.

We signed for 14 days with Peter Lees and Vicki took the first and only prospective buyers through shortly after. The buyers made an offer of $210,000 whilst at the property, which I believe was due to Vicki convincing them this was the price that would seal the deal.

There were some difficulties involved in obtaining all the Executors and owners for signatures on the offer. Vicki went to great lengths in and out of working hours to secure these signatures.

I would most highly recommend Vicki and Peter Lees as a prospective Real Estate for selling your property. Vicki made a very difficult time run smoothly and efficiently.
