Under federal and state anti-discrimination laws, real estate agents cannot accept disciminatory direction from property investors. Both the agent and the property investor are legally liable if complaints are made. It is neither fair nor lawful to pressure an agent to break the law.

In the Property Investors best interest, properties are inspected by the Property Management team at regular intervals. After each inspection you will receive a full written report on the property's condition.
