What our clients say:

We have had our property managed by your organization for a number of years and we recently sold it. I wish to thank a number of people – through you – that we have dealt with during that time. Regarding the rental management, the following staff have provided exceptional service: Gail Oliver, Michelle Williams and Renee Maynard. They were always helpful, always efficient and demonstrated superior organizational, communication and customer service skills.

For us owning a property at a distance, these staff made our task as landlords possible. Please thank them for us. Terry and Jonathon were both very helpful when it came to selling the property. Again, both were committed to keeping us informed every step of the way – Jonathon when we first considered selling the property last year and Terry with the actual sale this year.

I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to others.

Tips and advice from an expert

Rising interest rates have slowed the market. Buyers are more cautious than in recent times and there are more houses on the market to choose from. This means that the price of most houses has fallen. Whilst some sellers still want last years price those that are pricing their property well are seeing buyers willing to compete to buy.

Sadly I am talking to a lot of sellers who have spent wasted money on advertising their property with a real estate company and yet the house remains unsold. In some cases this amounts to thousands of hard earned, after tax dollars. Some sellers tell me that they don’t mind ‘gambling’ say a few hundred dollars on advertising but are uncertain about what to do when that gamble doesn’t come off.
